TONY MOTT EXHIBITION & BOOK SIGNING

The legend of Australian music photography that is Tony Mott has released a new book ‘Rock n Roll Photography is the new Trainspotting – A Retrospective of Work from the Last 30 Years’ and also has a travelling exhibition from now until November 9 in Sydney at Blender Gallery, then to Melbourne at Raw Gallery in Melbourne over November/December, finishing at Artisan Gallery in Brisbane early next year.

This 60 piece collection of photographs is his first complete solo exhibition that features images that have been published in over 20 countries, appeared on over 450 album covers and in more than 700 magazines including our own digital music magazine Groupie.

Mott has been the tour photographer for Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Fleetwood Mac, Silverchair, Bob Dylan and is the official tour photographer for the traveling festival The Big Day Out.

Catch Tony at Blender Gallery, 16 Elizabeth Street, Paddington, this Saturday for a book siging at 1pm and floor talk at 2pm.
