The purpose of these terms & conditions and privacy policy is to tell you what kind of information we may collect when you visit the Pagesdigital site and register to receive Pages, Groupie Magazine weekly, and how we may use that information, whether we will disclose it to any other parties, your ability to correct this information and how your information is secured.

Your entry, use or access to the Site constitutes your agreement with our privacy policy outlined below. Pagesdigital PTY LTD reserves the right to change the policy at any time in the future without further notice. Your continued use of this Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

Collection of information

Pagesdigital PTY LTD collects two types of information. The first is anonymous information. For example, we may collect information that one thousand people accessed our homepage today but we do not know any personal information such as their name, address or date of birth.

The second type is personal information. Pagesdigital PTY LTD will collect only your name, email address, date of birth, gender, country and postcode (if in Australia) when you have chosen to subscribe to receive Pages, Groupie Magazine and Monkey Say in your inbox via an Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) monthly. Pagesdigital does not require any further information from you.

Use of anonymous information

Pagesdigital automatically gathers anonymous information to monitor the use of the Site such as the numbers and frequency of visitors as well as the most popular pages visited. This non-personal and collective data helps us determine how much our audiences use parts of the Site, so we can improve Pagesdigital for as many users as possible. Pagesdigital may publish or provide this data to other people.

Use of personal information B

y becoming a subscriber of Pagesdigital PTY LTD you give permission for Pagesdigital to inform you when new issues are available to view online, send weekly correspondance and from time to time inform you of third party promotions.

Disclosure of personal information

Pagesdigital PTY LTD will not disclose your personal information without your consent. Pagesdigital will not disclose your personal information to any organisation or person outside Pagesdigital unless you have authorised us to do so.

Use of cookies

The Pagesdigital Site applications uses cookies exclusively for session management and to collect anonymous information. These temporary cookies serve to identify the user during each individual visit to the Site, and are a built-in feature of Active Server Pages (ASP) technology. These cookies are temporarily stored in the user’s browser throughout the course of each individual session. No other use is or can be made of the information contained in these cookies, and there is no trace of individual sessions.

Access & correction of personal information

If Pagesdigital holds your personal information we will where possible provide you with access to the information. You also have the right to ask us to correct information about you which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

You will at all times have the right to be taken off the Pagesdigital database. From the time of notification you will not receive further correspondance from Pagesdigital PTY LTD, unless the problem has occurred due to computer error. Pagesdigital therefore reserves the right to check the database manually from the time of notification and remove your email address from the system.
