Jónsi Birgisson released his second album outside Sigur Rós this year with ‘Go’ a beautiful, eclectic collection of melancholy pop. On his way to Australia next month to play the sold out Splendour In The Grass festival, he’ll be playing two sideshows presented by Groupie Magazine on August 2 in Melbourne and August 4 in Sydney. Sharing the stage with Jónsi will be kiwi act Seth Frightening, aka Sean Kelly, who brings his intimate acoustic sounds from his recently released debut album ‘The Prince And His Madness’.
