We are obsessed with Proenza Schouler, so anything Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough do is always going to be fantastic in our eyes. We can’t wait to check out the new PS flagship store on the Upper East Side in NYC after its opening in a few weeks. It seems that everything the duo does turns to gold, with a legion of fans globally who would do anything for the latest PS product.
The best bit about Proenza Schouler is their lack of pretension – everything is downplayed and subtlety is where it’s at. Nothing demonstrates this more so than the seasonal campaigns. The Alasdair McLellan lensed shots are simple and beautiful in monochromatic black and white, showcasing the clothes as the main feature. As it should be! There are no tricks here and we love every shot.
