I was skeptical when ABC iView appeared on the Playstation 3’s Xross Media Bar but it’s become a really handy app for catching up on QI, The Gruen Transfer, Q&A; almost anything from across the ABC’s schedule.

This week Channel 7 have hopped on-board with Sony and after a false start in August their Plus7 catch-up service is now available on your PS3. So if you haven’t been Keeping Up with the Kardashians, missed Packed to the Rafters or feel like watching one of the many cop shows look under the TV option on your PS3 where Plus7 magically appeared a few days ago. The best part is its completely free, all you need is a decent internet connection,there’s even less ads-just one at the start of each program, how refreshing!
