Gossip Girl’s Taylor Momsen who plays teen brat Jenny Humphrey has just signed on as the face of John Galliano’s newest fragrance launching next season. This news comes straight from Momsen shooting campaigns for British retailer New Look and the Material Girl line designed by Madonna and her daughter Lourdes. Taylor who turned 17 yesterday, is known for her super long, bleached blond locks, heavy eye make up and “rock chick” style of bustiers and stripper heels, also fronts the band Pretty Reckless. Apparently her and Madonna have plenty in common, courting controversy. She recently revealed her hobby of collecting knives and her latest film clip reveals her crawling half naked across a table set up to be The Last Supper.

‘I kind of had a freak out, I sacked my stylist…because I was getting moulded into this thing that wasn’t who I am and it was fitting into the world that can make you popular or something. I was never a popular chick, so I don’t even know what that means!’

If it’s good enough for Madonna and Galliano, she must be doing something right?
