The Jagermeister Independent Music Awards aim to shine a spotlight on the country’s brightest indie music talent.
Nominations are out for this year’s event and Sia, Dan Sultan and Cloud Control have come out swinging – with three nods a piece. Each artist is in the running for Best Independent Artist and Best Independent Album gongs – with Sia also nominated for Best Independent Single, Dan Sultan for Best Independent Blues And Roots Album, and Cloud Control for Breakthrough Independent Artist.
The fifth annual Jagermeister Independent Music Awards are on at The Forum Theatre in Melbourne on Friday, October 1 from 8pm. Tickets ($29 +BF) are available now from ticketmaster.com.au.
