Rumours have circulated that the designer will be working for Pierre Cardin — an interesting match-up, for sure.

Just a couple of days ago, The Imagist claimed via twitter: “You will witness the return of Pierre Cardin to ultra-blue chip relevancy,” which is curious, to say the least.

But, as we all know, Cardin is planning to sell his business. He recently stated, “A decision is fairly imminent. I want to do it this year. I am almost 89, you know. I might be alert for another two, three years, but after that, I’ll be a little bit senile.”
