Suffering from Fashion Week withdrawal? Young guns Keira Knightley and Carey Mulligan provided some style inspiration at the premiere of their new film ‘Never Let Me Go’ in London yesterday. At the film’s day photocall, Keira wore a Rodarte skirt straight off the SS 2011 catwalk paired with a nude Prada blouse and Louboutin heels. Carey wore a mustard Proenza Schouler dress, which although a difficult colour to wear, looked stunning against the simple black accessories.

Later in the evening at the red-carpet premiere, Keira dazzled in a daring Chanel Couture AW 2010 pearl knit dress which actually looked better than it did on the catwalk. On the other hand, Carey in top-to-toe Vionnet SS 2011 wasn’t quite as show stopping. It was interesting to see runway pieces worn pure to their original looks and mixed with other designers and whether they work or not. We applaud both actresses for their choice of labels.
